Raptor?

by Charles Kovac
(Kansas City, Kansas)

Glided for several minutes without moving wings. Hunting. Deer skin in area. I live in eastern Kansas. Have seen golden eagles, bald eagles and vultures in the area in the past. The white on the under wings has me baffled! Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi, I notice that no one has commented. I do not know anything about raptors native to Kansas or any that might be migrating north.

Try going to: AllAboutBirds.com com or
WhatBird.com

You might also searching the web for pictures of raptors. It would be an eagle, hawk, vulture, kite, or falcon..etc
