prettiest bird ever

light Grey Body

black raccoon like stripe over eyes and behind head
kind of cardinal like but half the size
small red squares on wings
small yellow squares on tail
not afraid of people, let me get within 4 feet

no picture available, photo restricted area

there about a dozen of them flutter around
