Pine warbler?

I ran across this bird on May 11, perching on some vegetation in a cut-over power line.

The only thing I can find that might be comparable is a pine warbler, but the coloration on the back and wings is more yellowish and not as dark in this bird.

Jim, it certainly could be a pine warbler. Did you happen to hear it's song? It is a lovely musical vibrato.
