Pileated Woodpecker Food

I ran out of suet and put a Peanut butter sandwich in the suet feeder and 5 Pileated woodpeckers started fighting over it. I think the peanut butter is better than the suet. I am freezing the suet before I put in the feeder. They seem to like it that way.

We have seen the male pileated woodpecker here in St. Petersburg Florida near Weedon island a natural preserve right on Tampa Bay. I'm an avid birdwatcher and feed all the birds I would love to feed this woodpecker . What do you recommend?

These woodpeckers are eating the carpenter bee's by ripping the wood apart on my house to get to those bee's and eat them.
