Parrot like bird with a sparrow's beak

This bird was of very light whitish green color. it had a long tail like a parrot's, but its beak was like a sparrow's beak. it spreads it's tail while flying in shape of a fan and lives in a bush of the same color and its body. it has yellow feet and walks on ground as well as fly.
