Pair of rose breasted grosbeaks in Valley,Alabama

by Bobby

Saw for the first time a beautiful pair of male rose breasted grosbeaks feeding on black oil sunflower seeds at two adjacent feeders in my backyard. They did not mind sharing the feeders with several cardinals and various types of finches.

We are blessed to have an astounding variety of birds visit my backyard feeders.

Rose Breasted Grosbeaks NEW
by: Amy

How wonderful! We live in west central Alabama and our Rose Breasted Grosbeaks arrived Tuesday. We have 2 males and 2 females. They are so beautiful! I look forward to them coming each year! They usually hang around our black oil sunflower feeders for around 2 weeks and then move on.
