Orphaned baby bird - dove?

Baby bird.. non-webbed feet, making a high pitched squeak sound (possible coo?), coloring is of a grey/black and mixed together.

The beak is also black. seems to look like there is a bit of red at the top of the beak near the nostrils, other than that I have no idea what the bird could be... my guess is a baby dove/pigeon.
