Organic Palm Sugar

Can you feed organic palm sugar to hummingbirds?


Answer

The sugar must provide the same resemblance to nectar, as does white cane sugar.
You do not want to do is use any other form of sugar in the hummingbird food: such as molasses, brown sugar, honey, artificial sugars. These do not provide the same resemblance to nectar that white granulated cane sugar does.
