Oregon Bird



the picture was taken last spring in Corvallis, Oregon. I tried looking up picture online to know what kind of bird is it i could not figure out. I just started to be interested in birds so my knowledge about bird is almost nothing.

House Sparrow

He is a very cold House Sparrow. So he is puffed up to keep warm. House Sparrows are not native birds but were introduced from Europe a couple centuries ago. They are so abundant on the East coast that they are considered pests.
