red-crested cardinal NEW

It's red-crested cardinal, native to Argentina, Bolivia, southern Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay. It has been introduced to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

I just found out from my friend in Florida, that the photo was taken at her home in Florida NOT at her home in Iowa. So sorry for the confusion !
