Newly discovered Yellow Shafted Flickers

I just discovered 2 of them in my front yard enjoying some lawn ants the other day. It took me a few days to figure out what kind of bird they are. Thank goodness for the internet or I never would have figured it out. I live in New Berlin, a city just outside of Milwaukee. Here are a few pics. Enjoy!
