Hi Gammy, I'm pretty sure this is a beautiful little Lark Bunting. There are several sites you can use that may help you determine species ID for yourself.
!. AllAboutBirds.org 2. WhatBird.com
3. Animals.NationalGeographic.com/.../birding/...

All About Birds has a library of birds songs and calls that help when you can't see them.
