New bird at the feeder, can anyone identify?

black head, white belly, stubby beak, red patch on neck... black and white speckled tail and wings. Fearless... does not budge from the feeder when bigger and more aggressive grackles and mockingbirds try to take control of the feeder.

    Tourquoise bird, cardinal size and similar wing pattern and has a beige beak. Except for the beak color, looks like a Indigo Bunting. Is this a juvie??
