Nest Blown From Tree, 2 of 3 baby birds die. I'm looking for help raising the lucky survivor.

I've read up about everything, also purchased baby bird formula. I think I'm headed in the right direction, but any advice would be appreciated! He appears to be about a week old. From tail to beak he is the width of my hand. What little feathering he has is pale blue/grey. He has black legs and feet. Tannish beak with white lips. I'm located in Hudson Wisconsin. Just trying to figure out what kind of bird the little champ is. Again, ANY advice would be appreciated. I'm really devoting myself to helping this little guy. If he makes it for another week I should be able to get a better description. But maybe someone knows what he is? Thank you! Blessed be =]
