NEED help to identify baby bird

our neighbor had a nest fall down her chimney this morning. we need help identifying the birds. they have hooked beaks and a very loud squawk. they are blacker than the photo indicates. we live in North Idaho.

I am not familiar with the variety of birds you have in your area since I live 3000 miles away but if they were in the chimney my bet would be some type of swallows or chimney sweeps so try looking them up that way. Best is to get them immediately to a wildlife rescue center if you can though. Good luck, so sad.
