nameless beauty

This bird has a polka dot belly with a black shield on its chest. Its back has a tiger pattern with an upside-down red triangle at the base of its neck/shoulder area. It has a tanish grey head with peachy cheeks. it is about the size of a robin. I saw it hunting for worms in my yard one day. I would love to know what it is called.
