Name of a medium blackbird with a yellow side collar

by Richard Bruce Pelton
(Glen Allen,VA)

black with yellow collar-travels with hundreds/thousand. Blankets lawns, yards and moves

in unison with the pack with the slightest disturbancve. Seems to have manners when eating from my feeders, and doesn't cause problems with other birds. Runs squirrels away. Also covers trees when moving en masse. Something like swallows or grackles who also travel in large groups.

Can anyone help? Many thanks.
