Mystery bird in PA Dauphin County

(East Hanover Twp, Dauphin Co, PA)

This bird was about the size of a robin, Seen in a grassy area. Would fly down from a near by tree and hover over the grass, hunting. It was grey on its back and white under the wings, throat and on the belly. Its tail was fanned and broad with a white stripe just up from the bottom of the tail. I was unable to get close for more detail, nor did I hear a song. I thought it was some sort of fly-catcher but the tail doesn't seem to fit.
