Great Pic, you captured the moment !

Based on the short tail and wing feathers and the comparison of the large beak to body size, I'd say it's a fledgling ( young bird just leaving the nest) European Starling.

Great Pic ! You did capture your European Starling in a hilarious pose for his pic. It looks like he may have been shaking off some water. I say he because it looks like his beak could be a brighter yellow and as in breeding season.
