Small, long beak with dark tip. Grey-ish top, grey under belly. Black wings, white tips. Tail feathers are brown.

I agree this looks like a member of the dove family.
Why are you holding it ? Is it sick or injured ?

We have a lot of Mourning Doves here in Lima, Ohio. This bird looks like a dove of some kind. :)
