It's actually more than just one bird.

I have started my hobby of birding after a trip to the United States and have lately had a lot of trouble trying to ID birds, currently around 20 - 30 birds that I can't figure out what they are :(

Any help will be greatly appreciated

your 2nd pic in the line - of a bird in flight - make me think it's a bird of prey of some kind (wing shape). Your 3rd pic looks like a wren, firecrest, goldcrest (if a red or orange streak on the head). This said I'm in Europe ...
