Fluffy headed bird

I was hiking on St George Island off the Florida Gulf Coast, primarily taking pictures. I have identified every image I took except this one bird. Not the best quality photo, but he wouldn't let me get real close. Just curious if anyone has an idea of what it is? Probably something basic, but the fluffy head threw me off...

Comparing it to photos online, I think you may be right! I wish I could have gotten a clearer shot, but that was one shy little bird. Thanks so much for your reply!
