Lincoln park sighting

A small bird --bigger than a sparrow-- with a luxuriant black coat and brilliant red and yellow stripes on it's wings where they join the body.

The bird was in some rushes bordering a pond
sighted Sunday morning at 10:15 a.m., May 19th
