Large, all gray bird in Redondo Beach CA

on the order of 10" from head to tail based on the large cable it was sitting on. All medium gray with white on very tip of tail, altho that could have been stain or soil. Beak very small and straight, also gray. Feet yellowish. Eyes brown. Breast color unknown. Cheeks lighter gray with hints of green or yellow or pink. Flight feathers darker gray.

    It is grey with a long beak and a white ring around it's neck. The bird is about the size of a dove and I live in Florida near the Georgia line.
