Kay

While playing golf at Ulen Country Club in Lebanon, Indiana, there was a bird I have never seen in Indiana before. It was about 12 to 14 inches tall, was standing on the ground, with a short very thick yellow beak and yellow legs and was gray. It wasn't afraid and just stood about 10 feet away. I heard a distinctive chirp later that I've didn't recognize either. One lady in the foresome thought the bird had a white chest, but I didn't see it.
