Jeff worth

(Saratoga springs, NY)

I saw this large bird of prey this morning flying over Saratoga Lake in Saratoga Springs, New York. I had recently seen a Bald Eagle in the same area and thought this was the same bird from a distance. It landed and I was able to take some not so great pictures. It wasn't the same Bald Eagle but was similar in size with mainly brown coloring.

Jeff, immature bald eagles are all brown. Their heads grow the white feathers when they reach
