These birds are nesting in a friends yard and we have never seen birds like this before. We cannot find any pictures of them on line either. Are you able to identify it?

These birds are Barn Swallows. We have lots of them here and I've seen them and their unique nests for years. They have a split tail like a Purple Martin and they are very agile and acrobatic. They catch bugs like mad. I'm actually going to make some Swallow nests and put them up in hopes to attract some next year. They are beautiful birds and well worth having to put up with their mud nests.
