In bird feeder

Black feathers, white chest with red at the top and white beak. We live in the country. Never have seen one here before.

We were sitting on our back porch and this beautiful red, white and black landed on our feeder, So I got a few pictures of him. Trying to find what kind of bird he is.Looks like most of the comments on the pretty bird have been in Va. Ill. Not in North Ga Mountains.
