Help me identify this little bird please.

Help me identify this little bird please.

I live in southern Louisiana. There are small birds the size of little sparrows that are bright deep shiny blue until the tail, then it's black. It has black feet and orange beak. Very beautiful. I would love to find out what kind of birds they are. I know it's not a bluebird because it has only blue and black with a orange beak unless their are different types of them.

Other than the orange beak it sounds like an Indigo Bunting. I have several eating seed from the ground right now.
