I think she is a cuckoo

I have never seen one of these around here before; Wynnum,Brisbane,Queensland,Australia.
It went from the fence to this tree then to the ground from what i could see. It then within a minute was in the large palm tree in the left of the pics.
The local noisy minors were not happy and were around it in force. I have not seen it since.

I checked on Cuckoo from Australia and There seemed to be a group of different ones showing. click on Cuckoo Birds from Australia and see what they came up with and if any look more like the one you see.
