It is cute and brown, with creamish stripes on it.It has a short tail

I think it is a baby cardinal. Hope it's parents are taking care of it.

I don't know what bird it is but what I can say is, it's a very young bird, If you look at the lower side of the beak on to the face between the lore and chin you see a thick build up of skin, that goes away as the bird gets older and the short tail is also a trait of a young bird. This bird is out the nest a couple days.This bird is still being feed by the parents.
