It is nearly impossible to ID but it looks like a young bird that doesn't have all of it flight feathers in. You may have found it on the ground under it's nest or it may have tried to fly and crash landed and if that is the case and you haven't had it for more than 2 days you should take it back and place it as close as possible to where you found it. The parents will be looking for it, they care for the young birds even after they have left the nest and if a birds falls they will bring food to it.

If you can;t take it back you need to take it to the closest Audubon Society or the nearest Wildlife Care center because it is impossible to raise a young bird, it will need to be feed day and night with a high protein proper diet, it needs to be taught how to survive on it's own, but be certain it has water at all times.
