Help

My daughter was at work and this bird flew into the window. She went check on the bird and found it was disoriented. She put her hand down and the bird let her pick it up. She brought it home and we put into a cage and it seems to be doing fine. It is very active and even lets my daughter feed it meal worms by hand. Can any one tell me what type of bird this is?

The best thing for the bird is to take it back to the original site and release it. It sounds healthy enough to be free.

TANAGER?? NEW

My guess would be a female tanager. Have a look online and see if you agree!
