My dog found it yesterday and brought it to Me. I couldn't find the best so I have been feeding it since Connecticut laws allow us to do so. It is on a heating pad. I would like to know more about what kind of bird this is so please let me know asap. Thank you in advance:).

Hi, I'm sorry no one got back to you sooner. If the little one is still with you the only chance of survival it has is for you to get it to a Wildlife refuge, Audubon Society, or anywhere that knows how to care for young birds. You won't be able to keep such a young bird alive.
May you be blessed for trying
