Help to Identify

I would like to know what this type of bird is, it looks as big as a water crane but it has an orange beak and a blue chest, the rest of its body is black

hi,
you didn't mention the color of the birds legs but the Purple Swamphen is black with a blue breast, it has an orange beak and orange legs.
