Help indentify this bird

I live in southwest Ohio on a wooded lot. This bird caught my attention when landing, his wing beats were loud. He has pink legs and is about 19 inches in length. He does not seem to have any streaking on his breast. Please help me! Thank You

Keep Guessing
by: Anonymous

Thanks for the input, I can see the similarity but this bird was crow size, a very big bird. The field guide shows a rock dove/pigeon as being 13 inches. The beak doesn't seem to have the sharp hook necessary for raptors but it is more blunt and perhaps like a vulture.Any other guesses?

Common Pigeon
by: Judy

Your photos and your description makes me think your bird could be a common domestic pigeon also known as a Rock Dove.
