Help Identify

I first thought this was an Eastern Phoebe, but after looking at some pictures on-line I have changed my mind. I can't seem to find a picture of this bird on-line. What kind of bird is this? It was at my bird feeder in N.C.

Thank-you. I think you are right. I had read somewhere that both the male and female brown-headed cowbirds look the same, but after looking up female brown-headed cowbirds, it seems that this is one of them.

They look like female brown-headed cowbirds. Not 100% sure tho...
