Help identify baby bird

This little Guy was injured in the back yard and I've been nursing him back to health. I'm just not sure what he is. A couple of people say Wren but others have said Sparrow. The pics are 4 days after I found him and when I found him he had some fairly new feathers. He is about 3-3.5 inches from beak to end (tail feathers are just beginning, to grow).

male has redish throat both have long tails otherwise brown or grey feathers. cannot tell undersides. nest is on top of pillar on porch
