i found it! too bad your photo didn,t show its magnificent tail. it is a southeast asia pheasant called a silver pheasant, found a photo when i googled asian pheasants.

Looked it up couldn’t find an exact match, specifically the black breast and the trailing feathers. Some kind of guinea fowl, exotic fowl, Asian fowl. Still haven’t found it.

i believe you are looking at an asian pheasant. so, if you find it after googling exotic fowl, please let me know.
