We are in North Central Indiana. I have been seeing a pale green bird around dusk, He sits on the wires above our deck and sings a pretty three part song. Before I can get a picture or the binoculars he is gone. It remiñds me a little of a parakeet!!?

These have a melodious song and are very yellow so don't let the name fool you. I have these and live in western PA so this may be your bird. If you get on that link, it will take you to this great site and you can even hear the recorded song of this bird and many others. Good luck!
