Great Crested Grebe?!

(Hertfordshire, UK)

This bird was sighted in Stewartby Lake, just outside of
Marston Nature Reserve. The bird was solitary and kept diving under the water in search of food. The photos should be good enough for you to identify the bird from. As the title suggests, I believe the bird to be a Great Crested Grebe.
