Found 2 baby birds in my yard

Found them on the ground, no nest or mother to be found. Was super windy today. Found a nest and put them in a shoebox.

unfortunately its illegal to help baby birds and eggs also its illegal to possess feathers of songbirds and birds of prey including there nests- if you want to help take them to a center that will help them-Ive tried raising a baby bird successfully but ended up giving it to a bird center because it is illegal sorry
