Fluffy grey bird with black strip across eyes

I saw this bird sitting on a branch near the bird feeder. We have still snow on the ground. The bird never went to the feeder or to the ground for food. I could not get a good picture except through the window. After I took 2 pictures the bird flew away. I have never seen this bird around here.

It was fairly big, much bigger then a chikadee and just grey with black across his eyes.
I checked my bird book, could not find a bird looking like this. I am not sure if the picture is good enough to identify this fluffy grey bird.

Fluffy grey bird with black stripe across eyes NEW

Dear Anonymous! Thank you for the tip. I looked up a Northern Loggerhead Shrike and I am sure that could be the bird. Since this bird eats mice and rodents, I think he was in the tree, because of the mice underneath my feeder which live currently in the packed snow in burrows and come frequently out to get some of the leftovers from the bird feeder. I hope the bird comes back before the snow melts, that I may get a better picture . Thank you!!
