DOVE FAMILY IN THE VENTURA HARBOR VILLAGE,CALIF.

I discovered a nest being constructed by a pair of Doves over the open patio of my clothing boutique about 2 weeks before Easter. I could easily see the progression. The eggs hatched about a week or so ago. The babies are growing so fast. They are standing at the edge of the nest acting as if they are ready to take flight. I am going to miss them very much when they leave. Will the adults return to the same nest next time? This has been truly a blessed experience to watch.

There is a very good chance they will return.
