Double-Crested Cormorant

I was by the lake on my lunch break and I look out on a tiny island in the middle and I see some type of bird that resembles some type of dinosaur!! I am so fascinated by this neat looking bird that I begin to photograph him. Everyday for the next 2 weeks I go to this same spot and watch this bird, bath in yhe sun or dive under the water and pop up many feet away, then watch it swim around fidhing like a duck. I took my photos and did some research and found out this bird was a double crested cormorant, which apparently only migrates through wear I live ar the end of summer. So I was very lucky to have seen this magnificent bird and in action! Very exciting!!
