Double-Crested Cormorant

While on my lunch break I visited the lake close by. I looked out onto a very small island in the middle and saw a bird that I had never seen before. the bird was very fascinating it resembled what look like a flying dinosaur. I would watch this bird everyday and I was able to watch it sunbathe and dive into the water and swim around like a duck fishingI took photographs of this Birds and did some research and come to find out this was a double-crested cormorant which apparently only comes in my area at the very end of summer while he's my greeting I was very lucky to have been able to see him for two weeks straight!! such a fascinating bird and really fun to watch!!
