Did I scare it away from its nest?

Hi! my name is Kristi
just a few min ago I went outside and saw a mourning dove lieing on the ground.It got scared of me and flew away. Then i went over to where it was lieing and it looked kinda like a nest. Im not sure though.It had dried grasses but wasnt weaved together.
So do you think it was its nest?
