death bird

this bird is associated with death because it was seen attempting to enter into my friend's car and into his house. my friend later died and his funeral colors were the same as the bird. the bird is small a little smaller and thinner than a robin. he has a yellow chest,a dark grayish clor back, a crown shaped turf of feathers on his head and his tail feathers spread when he flys revealing a reddish layer of red feathers within his tail. he is now back in this area again after 5years of no showing.

Hello,
The Say's Phoebe can ruff it's head feathers up so as to look like it has a crest. This is the only bird I can find that fits your description.

Don't be too quick to assign death to it though, there is only one being who can take a person's soul and, personally, I don't think it's a little bird you need to be worried about.
