Dark gray, yellow bill, wide white wing bars

I saw a bird @ our feeder this morning that was a perching bird with a relatively long tail, wide white wing bars and an orange beak. I live on an island near Seattle on a golf course. The migratory birds are moving through now and I've never seen anything like this.
