Colorado Bird with fuzzy red head feathers

We are watching pine siskins and another bird arrived looking similar to a siskin in body, but looks like he spikes his red head feathers with hair gel. What is this?

House Finch, maybe NEW

It might be a House, Cassin's, or Purple Finch. They all look alike and have red on their heads.
